About Carte

Carte was founded in 1976 by a great man Shri Amar Nath Seth whose life was devoted to social work. He laid a strong foundation of CARTE, hand-picked its Members who were inspired by spirit of service none of whom belonged to his family. He worked for a number of social service organization’s and in the FAO for many years.
