Currently, CARTE is run by a Governing Council comprised of leading industrialists, engineers ,doctors, academicians, chartered accountants and reputed professionals . It is headed by a Chairman assisted by Vice-Chairman, Member Secretary and Members . Its area of work includes running of an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) having five trades –Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Fitter,Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) and Cutting & Sewing Technology; a medical centre consisting of allopathic consultancy, homeopathy consultancy, dental care , opthomology, physiotherapy and pathology and a primary school from kinder garden level to 5th class for poor downtrodden sections of the society. All the above facilities are housed in a complex having good infrastructure with basic and necessary amenities for quality teaching, all round development of trainees & children .

OBJECTIVES
All round development and empowerment of the rural population and all other poor and deprived people of the country. Creation of training facilities for wide range of skill in the field of industry maintenance of machines used in information technology , computer and paperless office ; skill required for construction industry, tailoring ,knitting ,entrepreneurship ,accounting , business management and any other skill which is in demand and will improve the employability and earning capacity of the new generation. Improving health standard of the population by educating them in cleanliness and hygiene, immunization ,periodical medical check up , providing outdoor and indoor medical services at affordable cost with special emphasis on mother and child care. Providing facilities for education of poor children with special emphasis on good conduct and moral training inculcating patriotism and making them responsible citizens. To promote moral values , social responsibilities and scientific temper among rural masses and at the same time educating them about their rights.
